Sequence is a world-renowned strategy game that combines playing cards with a 10x10 board. Players take turns playing cards from their hand to place colored chips onto matching squares on the board, racing to connect five chips in a straight line horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

In Sequence, the Jack of Clubs (♣) and Jack of Diamonds (♦) are Two-Eyed Jacks because their illustrated faces show both eyes. They act as Wild Cards, allowing you to place one of your colored chips on any open, unoccupied space on the entire board.
The Jack of Spades (♠) and Jack of Hearts (♥) are One-Eyed Jacks because their illustrated faces show only one eye in profile. They act as Removal Cards, allowing you to remove any opponent's chip from the board (provided that chip is not already part of a completed sequence).
No. Once a sequence of 5 chips is completed, it is permanently locked and protected. Opponents cannot remove any chip from a completed sequence with a One-Eyed Jack.
Yes! All four corner spaces are Wild Free Spaces shared equally by all players and teams. Any player can incorporate a corner into their line, requiring only 4 of their own chips to complete a 5-in-a-row Sequence.
Each card face appears exactly twice on the board. If both corresponding spaces are already filled with chips, that card is a "Dead Card." On your turn, you announce your dead card, discard it face-up, immediately draw a new card from the deck, and then take your regular turn.
In a 2-player or 2-team game, the first side to complete two (2) Sequences wins.
In a 3-player or 3-team game, the first side to complete one (1) Sequence wins.
Yes! You can use one chip from a completed sequence as part of a second sequence, as long as it forms an intersection (e.g. one horizontal sequence and one vertical sequence sharing a common intersection chip).
Our digital game integrates low-latency Agora RTC voice communication. When you enter a match with friends or an opponent who has voice chat enabled, you can talk through your microphone hands-free while playing your turns!
